To be fair, water doesn't do *any* of those things at 30 degrees Farenheit. 0 Celsius = 32 F, not 30. At 30, it's already frozen.
You might be able to make this question better by making sure that all the answers are in the same format (e.g. $7.50/hour and $9.00/hour)
